New Player/Character Infomration

You may provide us with the following information prior to arriving for your first Veil of Ashes event. Once you have filled this out you will be entered into the system and your character sheet will be pre-prepared, saving time for you during the check-in process. This form must be completed no less than 1 week prior to an event, otherwise we will gather this information on-site.
